Year of Innovation

Alabaster International
2025 Annual Report

In 2025, we embraced The Year of Innovation—not as a buzzword, but as a commitment to go first, build what doesn’t yet exist, and bring practical solutions to communities too often left behind.

This year, innovation looked like new models of mobile care and recovery, strengthened local food systems, and technology that serves people, not the other way around. From expanding our reach into South Asia while deepening our long-term work across East Africa, to launching and refining bold initiatives that connect health, food security, and climate resilience, we witnessed what becomes possible when courageous partners and proximate communities lead together.

To our supporters, donors, partners, and most importantly, the communities we serve alongside: thank you. Your trust, generosity, and shared vision have fueled a year defined by creativity, problem-solving, and forward momentum. Because of you, innovation became impact.
